One killed, 2 hurt in road accident

RAWALPINDI: One person was killed and two others injured when their motorcycle was hit by a speedy police mobile on late Monday night at Mareer Chowk here.

According to a police spokesman, Raheel Khan, Muhammad Aqeel and Zeeshan riding on a motorcyle, were coming from Committee Chowk side when they were hit by a police van coming from Kamran Market side. Raheel Khan was killed while two others were shifted to a near-by hospital in critical condition.

Civil Line Police have lodged a first investigation report of the accident. (APP)
